NOTE: You must be an existing patient to log in.
Current Appointment Fees
I do not offer insurance billing, but can provide you with a super bill that you can submit to your insurance company for “out of network” benefits, or use your Heath Savings Account if you have one.
INATAKE 60-90 minutes: $250
FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENTS 30 minutes: $125
